The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, received on May 1 in Rabat, the special envoy of the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nerkez Arifhodžić, bearer of a written message to His Majesty King Mohammed VI from the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović.
In a statement to the press following this meeting, Arifhodžić commended the wise and constructive policies of His Majesty the King, expressing his country’s willingness to give new impetus to the “very brotherly” relations with Morocco in various sectors.
In this regard, the official recalled that “when it was necessary to be alongside the Bosnians, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the late His Majesty King Hassan II, and the Moroccan people expressed their support for Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
Arifhodžić also shed light on the progress achieved by Morocco in several areas, noting that his meeting with Minister Nasser Bourita was also an opportunity to discuss several issues on the international and regional levels.
