On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr 1445, the National Railways Office (ONCF) announced a special plan to manage the influx of travelers between April 5 and 16.
In a press release, ONCF revealed that this offer, which aims to guarantee enjoyable and safe travel, includes the introduction of additional trains, reaching up to 240 trains per day.
There will also be an increase in the frequency of Al Boraq trains, with hourly departures from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. during peak travel, between Tangier and Casablanca via Kenitra and Rabat.
In addition, the Al Atlas service will see an increase in available seats and the introduction of additional trains on major routes such as Marrakech-Casablanca-Fez, as well as to Oujda, Nador, Khouribga, and Safi.
On the day of Eid, the number of trains operating will be reduced. It is therefore recommended to check the timetables in advance on the ONCF website, via the ONCF TRAFIC app, the M’ONCF chatbot, or the Customer Service at 2255.
