The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced that Morocco will celebrate Eid Al Fitr 1444 AH tomorrow, Saturday, April 22.
The Ministry confirmed that the crescent moon was not visible during the sighting held on Ramadan, 29 Ramadan, 1444 AH, corresponding to April 20, making Saturday, April 22, the 1st day of Shawwal.
The statement concluded by wishing that in this blessed month, Allah grants His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful and protector of the Nation and religion, with His blessings and favors, and renews such an occasion for the Sovereign in greatness and glory, for His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, and all the members of the Royal Family, as well as the Moroccan nation and the entire Islamic Ummah in progress, prosperity, peace, and tranquility.
