The Mohammed V University of Rabat (UM5) has won two gold medals at the 6th edition of the International Invention Fair held recently in Istanbul, Turkey.
According to the University’s statement, the awards were presented to Professor “Hassan Ammor” and his team from the Mohammadia School of Engineering (EMI) for their innovative projects.
“These projects entitled “innovative antenna array system in micro strip technology for early detection of breast cancer by microwave imaging”, and another project on “a smart micro-cell antenna in the GSM 3G and 4G bands to fight cheating by cell phone in examination centers”, are viewed as two innovative products that have been preselected to participate in this international competition, during the “Innovation week in Africa-IWA’2021″, organized in Rabat on September 8-12, 2021”, the same source continued.
