Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC) reiterated, on December 5 in Doha, their constant position in support of the Moroccanity of the Sahara and the preservation of the Kingdom’s security, stability, and territorial integrity.
In a communiqué following the 44th summit of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), meeting under the chairmanship of Qatar, leaders of the member countries welcomed Security Council resolution 2703 of October 30, 2023, on the Moroccan Sahara issue.
The leaders also insisted on the importance of the privileged strategic partnership between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Morocco and the implementation of the joint action plan.
On this occasion, the leaders congratulated the Kingdom following FIFA’s decision to retain Morocco’s joint bid with Spain and Portugal to host the 2030 World Cup.
