The Court of Cassation and the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) signed, on January 3, at the headquarters of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) in Rabat, a bilateral agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two parties in areas of common interest.
According to a joint press release, this framework agreement, signed by the first President of the Court of Cassation, President Delegate of the CSPJ, Mohamed Abdennabaoui, and DGSN Director General, Abdellatif Hammouchi, aims to lay the foundations of a participatory approach to exchange good practices in the management of administrative disputes.
The agreement also focuses on the development of joint work programs in the areas of scientific cooperation and communication, capacity building, and coordination, concerning the publication of judicial case law and the exchange of publications in paper and electronic formats, as well as the organization of workshops, scientific conferences, and training sessions in the legal, judicial and professional fields on the management and processing of administrative litigation files, explains the press release.
This step falls within the framework of the implementation of the institutional partnership program between the DGSN and the Court of Cassation, which covers several areas of cooperation, particularly in terms of supporting and consolidating a training strategy of training and the exchange of good practices in various fields of administrative and judicial action, with the aim of strengthening the primacy of the law, protecting the interests of civil servants, and establishing governance within the public service.
