The Council of Arab Ministers for Tourism praised, on December 15 in Doha, the role of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, in supporting vital social sectors in the city of Al-Quds.
The Council also praised the Kingdom’s willingness to welcome Palestinian students to benefit from training in the field of tourism in specialized Moroccan institutes.
During this meeting, the city of Sur, in the Sultanate of Oman, was selected as the capital of Arab tourism for the year 2024.
It was also agreed to hold the next meeting of the Executive Bureau of the Council of Arab Ministers of Tourism in Sur, in January 2024.
Morocco was represented, at the 26th session of the Council of Arab Ministers for Tourism, by His Majetsy the King’s Ambassador to Qatar, Mohamed Sitri.
