The Moroccan futsal selection defeated, on June 11 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, their Kuwaiti counterparts (4-2) in the third and final match of the first round of the Arab Futsal Cup.
With three wins out of three matches, where the Moroccan selection defeated Comoros (5-0), Lebanon (6-0), and its latest win against Kuwait, the two-time defending champions qualified for the next round following an impressive performance during the first round.
The 7th edition of the Arab Futsal Cup includes selections from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Algeria, Palestine, Mauritania, Comoros, and Tajikistan.
