The Africa CDC, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, has affirmed its commitment to improving health and well-being in Africa through championing health institutions and systems.
Featured in phase one of the campaign, the series served as a testament to the journey the Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention took in the fight against COVID-19, in partnership with Mastercard Foundation. It provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements made and the steps taken to address upcoming health crises in Africa.
Phase two of the campaign will provide an opportunity to reflect on the achievements made and the steps taken to address future health crises in Africa.
The objective of the four-part docu-series, which is phase two of the campaign, is to showcase Africa’s resilience and collaborative efforts in the face of unprecedented challenges, emphasizing the importance of preparedness for future health crises.
