The Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al-Maliki, praised, on December 19, in Marrakech, the role of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of al Al-Quds Committee, in preserving the Palestinian presence in the Holy City.
During a joint press briefing following a meeting with his Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita, Al-Malki highlighted the importance of the efforts of the Palestinian Authority (PA), Morocco, and the Arab and Islamic countries for the preservation of the characteristics of Al Quds.
In the same context, the Palestinian official expressed his gratitude to Morocco for its constant commitment to the Palestinian cause, welcoming the Kingdom’s positions in support of the rights of the Palestinian people.
“This is not foreign to His Majesty the King, to the Moroccan people, and the Moroccan government,” underlined the Palestinian minister, expressing his confidence in the Kingdom’s commitment to continue to provide its support and assistance to the brotherly Palestinian people and leaders to overcome the current tragedy.
