Last Wednesday evening, the Morocco National Football Team whose nickname is ‘’The Atlas Lions ‘’ successfully defeated its counterpart of Guinea Bissau on the score of 5 goals, at the Prince Moulay Abdalah sports complex in Rabat, in the 3rd day (group I) of the African qualifiers for the World Cup-2022 in Qatar.
The Atlas Lions won thanks to goals by Achraf Hakimi (31st), ‘’Imrane Louza’’ (45+1th), ‘’Ilias Chair’’ (49th), ‘’Ayoub El Kaabi ‘’ (62nd) and ‘’Mounir El Haddadi’’ (82nd).
With such a decisive victory, the National Team has regained the lead of group I with 6 points, ahead of Guinea Bissau (2nd/4 pts), Guinea (3rd/2 pts) , and Sudan (4th/1 pt).
Previously, Sudan and Guinea drew 1 goal to 1, at the Grand Stade in Marrakech.
