The Khalifa Award for Education announced on June 6 in Abu Dhabi the winners of its 16th edition, which included three Moroccans.
Moroccan Fadoua Mossahem, from the Zakoura Foundation, won the Khalifa Award for Education in the “Best Programs, Curricula, Teaching Methodologies, and Practices” category for the “Aneer” project, which is an innovative community-based preschool model program.
Souad Bouchaib Qassem Meskin of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, Tétouan, also won the award in the “Children’s Literature Study Research” category for her research entitled “Child-Directed Narration Patterns and Mediums.”
In addition, Moroccan university Professor at Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities, Belkacem Mohamed Hammadi El Jattari, won an award in the field of “Innovation in Teaching the Arabic Language” in the “Innovative University Lecturer” category.
The 41 winners of the 16th edition of the Khalifa Award for Education were paid tribute during a ceremony held in Abu Dhabi on June 6, in the presence of personalities from around the world.
