The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates reported that His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah glorify Him, has ordered the repatriation of Moroccans in Sudan, following the deterioration of security conditions in the country.
In accordance with the High Royal Instructions, the Moroccan Embassy in Sudan has organized a land caravan from the capital Khartoum to Port Sudan, which benefited over 200 Moroccans residing in Sudan or whose presence in the country coincided with the conflict, affirming that this land caravan arrived Monday safely in Port Sudan.
The Ministry concluded in its statement that His Majesty the King, may Allah preserve Him, also ordered the organization of airlift in coordination with Royal Air Maroc (RAM) to ensure the repatriation of Moroccan families in the best conditions.
