Indeed, the RADEEJ has worked to that the new application can guarantee a battery of services electronics, which will allow customers to benefit from all the services without having to travel at the headquarters of RADEEJ or its agencies commercial. This application which gives the possibility to register and open in a easy an account, allows customers to have an overview of their accounts and access the list of their invoices for a period of up to five years as well only to unpaid debts which can be settled through the application in a fluid and secure.
The application also allows you to deposit and follow the progress of the treatment subscription and termination requests as well as complaints, in addition to the possibility of obtaining administrative certificates such as those of subscription, of cancellation, as well as the statement of consumption and others. Moreover, this application gives access to other services such as invoice simulation.
The launch of this new mobile application reinforces the policy continuous improvement of RADEEJ services, the purpose being to bring the services of the RADEEJ of the customers while hoisting their quality.
